Delete your account

You can do this here without installing the app.

Deleting your Sparrow Collect account is permanent. We cannot restore it afterwards, and neither can you.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your collection: items, photos, purchase prices and notes
Marketplace listings, offers and saved searches
Messages, event RSVPs, alerts and notification settings
Gamification progress, activity history and preferences

What is kept, and why

Records we are legally required to retain — for example transaction records kept for tax and DAC7 reporting obligations. These are retained for the statutory period and are not used for anything else.
Anonymous, non-identifying data — aggregated market prices and catalogue information, which contain no link to you.

Export first if you want a copy. In the app: Settings → Export gives you a CSV of your collection. After deletion the data is gone and we cannot recover it.

Enter the email address on your account. We will send you a one-time sign-in link to confirm it is really you — no password needed.

Prefer to email us?

Write to privacy@sparrowcollect.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. We respond within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

In the app

You can also delete your account from inside Sparrow Collect: Settings → Delete Account.
